FL-OW stands for flameless and memory. This is a ritualistic service design. The design combines augmented reality (AR) technology with floral rewards to make ritualistic methods more acceptable without fire. It enriches the memorializing process by adding digital elements, honoring the memory of the deceased and at the same time promoting an environmentally friendly way of doing so.
The combination of virtual elements and physical symbols such as flowers provides a unique and modern way of memorializing, combining traditional values with modern technology.
